• Buyer’s Premium: A buyer’s premium may apply to the final bid amount, as disclosed in the auction terms.

• Non-Payment: Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the sale and restriction from future auctions.

4. Item Descriptions and Condition

• As-Is Sale: All items are sold “as is” with no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. We encourage prospective buyers to inspect items before bidding.

• Item Descriptions: While we strive for accuracy in item descriptions, Cameo is not responsible for errors or omissions.

5. Shipping and Pickup

• Pickup: Items must be picked up within the designated time frame provided after the sale. Failure to do so may result in storage fees or forfeiture.

• Shipping: Shipping services may be available upon request and at the buyer’s expense. Cameo is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.

6. Cancellations and Returns

• All Sales Final: Auction sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted unless explicitly stated.

• Event Cancellation: Cameo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule auctions at its sole discretion.

7. Liability

• Cameo is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to bidding errors, technical issues, or misrepresentation of items.

• In no event shall Cameo’s liability exceed the amount paid for the disputed item.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• You agree not to engage in any fraudulent or abusive activity, including shill bidding or misrepresenting your identity.
